Benefit Advisers Group will work with you to determine the plan features that meet your employee retirement plan needs.  As your business evolves, changes or the employee demographics change so may your plan design needs change.  This is why we reevaluate the provisions of your plan on a regular basis.

We can structure the allocation to maximize the contributions to key employees or structure plan eligibility to include all of your employees for the Salary Reduction feature but limit employer contributions to employee with longer service.  We do not charge a fee for our 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan Document.
